Expressions of interest are to be submitted below to begin the hiring process with the Sutherland Strikers. A comprehensive 5 step process is undertaken when selecting coaches, to ensure you are the best fit. This includes:

  1. An initial phone call with our technical department
  2. A face-to-face meeting
  3. A practical demonstration of your coaching style
  4. Onboarding/meeting
  5. Contract signing
